1512 Engraving, 117 x 75 mm Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York Sheet No. 5 of the Engraved Passion. The false witness is pointing at Christ. The close relationship of this engraving to the Green Passion has been noted by most commentators. Nevertheless, it has recently been asserted that the Green Passion sheets may have been based on the engravings and executed by Hans von Kulmbach.
