TERMS & CONDITIONS?
If you buy from our stock painting, we will post it in 24 hours and it will be delivered in 10 business days.
If you order from our oil painting catalog, we will start to work for your painting and it takes about 5 to 8 weeks for the delivery.
If you are not sure what quality of oil painting you will get, just send us an email and let us know. So we will send you a photo of your painting first by email when your painting is ready. If you are not happy, we can work for the painting again or you can get 100% money back. Untill you are 100% happy, we will send it to you.
You can get 100% money back without any reason in 90 days after you get the painting. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any question, stiffch@hotmail.com

Should I register as a member?
No,you don't need to register as a member. But if you
order with quantity, you can send us email with the order
list and we will quote you a price with a discount, basing on the total amount

Who produce the products?
We produce the products ourselves, no second hand. We have our factories,our studios, our artsits
and our workers. So it is the cheapest way that you can purchase the products
from the factory with the quality guarantee.

Can I have the 100% money back, if I don't like it?
Yes,you can. Just send it back to us by USPS or by
air. We will make 100% refund as soon as we get the painting back.

What payment do you accept?
We accept credit card, paypal, international money order, personal check,
T/T(wire transfer),
western union, cash and L/C.
If a payment is more than 1,000$ , we only accept paypal, inernational money
order, T/T, western union, cash or L/C.

What
is the goods packaging?
Unframed paintings will be rolled and packed with a thin plastic layer between
paintings professionally and put in a tube.
Frames will be packed with four protected paper corners
in suitable quantity in a firm paper carton. Furniture and other products will

What is the minimum order?
No minimum for oil painting. $500 at least for
frame, moulding, stretcher, easel, mirror together. $1,000 for the other
merchandise. Freight is not included.

From where I get my order?
Usually you get your order from our
oil painting studio or frame factory in China. But if you buy from our warehouse
in USA and Europe, then we will post your order from our warehouse out of China.

How do you ship my order?
You can select the shipping methods of by express, by air or by seaship.
By express, no minimum weight.
By air, 45 Kg at least.
By seaship, 100 Kg or 1 cubic meter at least.
By air and by seaship, you have to clear the customs yourselves.

How long does it take for an order?
If we have the products in our warehouses,
by express, it takes 3 to 4 business days,
by air, it takes 6 to 8 business days,
by seaship, it takes 25 to 35 days.
If we don't have your order in our warehouse, it takes about
5 to 8 weeks for the delivery.

16. Is there a minimum to order paintings,
frames, furniture, bronze and the other products?
There’s no minimum for the paintings. The minimum of frame & mirror & stretcher
is $500 NOT include the shipping. $1,000 for other products.

17.What if we just want
a few samples of the products other than the paintings and frames to display?
We currently can only accept Wholesale
orders that meet our minimums and cannot accept orders for small sample orders.
We will in the future be able to accommodate your requests, so please email and
let us know what you are looking for.

currently only have Commercial quality paintings and High quality oil
painting in inventory. If you want to order Commercial paintings by category, please

20.Do you have any
frames in stock that we can immediately purchase?
Yes, we do have more than 1,000 different
kinds of frames in stock now. You can go and check them in person. And you can
choose any of them and we can ship them to you by boat in a week.

delivery for paintings?
For small orders of paintings, we can ship
them by Fedex and by express, delivery takes approximately 3 to 4 business days.
By air, delivery takes 6 to 8 business days. For larger painting orders, by seaship, delivery takes approximately 25 to 35
days.

22.Do you offer
additional discounts?
Since we have our factories in China, we
are able to offer Wholesale pricing.
We do also have a program which you can
sign up for in which you can accumulate commission points which can be redeemed
for future purchases. You do not need to register to view the
products on our site, but if you do register, you will have the be enrolled in
the program. Please visit our FAQ page to view the discount structure for our
products.

delivery for frames?
By seaship, delivery takes approximately 25
to 35 days.

24.What will the
freight charges be?
Freight charges are determined by the
quantity and size of the frames. The minimum freight charge for frames is $95.
Please email your order and we will be happy to assist with calculating the
freight charges.

25.Do those charges
include the freight directly to our city?
The freight charges are for delivery to the
closest port to your city. Our Factory Manager will do his best to get the
package closest to your city, depending upon where you live.

26.What about customs
documents for clearance for merchandise being sent by seaship?
When the merchandise leaves China by ship,
our office in China will fax to you a copy of the bill of lading.
And we will send you all the documents by express for your clearance. It
is very easy for you to clear the customs. On our documents, you can
find the shipping company tel number. So you can call them for the
delivery time. If you don't have yourown broker, of
course you can let the shipping company help you to clear the
customs and send the merchandise to your door.

Paintings are available in 4 different
qualities:
Econamic Quality
Commercial Quality
High Quality
Toppest Qualtiy (Museum Quality)

Commercial quality is good for customers that are very cost-conscious and are
looking for something pretty to hang in their home or office. Please visit this
link to view Commercial paintings on our website:

You can select Commercial Paintings by Subject. And we are now offering that
you can select images for Commercial paintings from the main Old Master galleries
on our site. We just ask that you keep the images that you select, to images
that are not too complicated for the Commercial grade. You can send us the list
for the Commercial images that you like, and if there are some that are too
complicated, you will have the option to either have them painted in HQ or we
can remove them from your list.
High Quality is a good middle quality. The paintings will have good styling,
and the color tones and detail will be more accurate than Commercial, but not
be as sharp and precise as the Museum Quality. You can select images on our
site or send in your own images to be recreated.
Toppest (Museum Quality) is the best of the 3 categories. The cost for these
paintings are more expensive than the high quality, but you will be able to
sell them for a higher profit. You can select images on our site or send in
your own images to be recreated. The details, styling and color tones are superb.
